if one partner goes bankrupt what hapens to the buisness

is it a partnership, is there a partnership agreement, is the business solvent

Hi Andy

insolvency in partnerships, ltd companies and partners within either can be very complex.

If not handled correctly and at the correct pace can have the adverse effect of what you are trying to achieve.

Having everything in the right order will make the process run smoothly and hopefully without a loss of trading to the business.

I would suggest speaking to Paul at Reviva as he has a speciality with companies and partnerships
