What rights do Bankrupts have when claiming CSA payments/arrears/

Could you expand a bit more as I don't quite understand the question. You can't go BR & include CSA as one of your debts.

Thanks guys, I'm not claiming them, my ex is bankrupt and recently sent a text stating CSA on her case for my change in circumstances! they have previously contacted me but not on this occasion. She states there is about 2k in arrears [ could be right ] but suggested I give the children 1k each to "call it quits" one child is out of the equation and the other is 19 in May but still in education. I was wondering where she stood re CSA. I understand the arrears will remain but...
