my boyfriend (also the father of my 3 children) is going bakrupt tommorrow, he does not live with us at the moment (as i wanted him to sort his debt out!) but is planning to move in with us in a months time. should he write a letter to go in with his bankruptcy paper work so they know his income is going to change? thank you

Hi and welcome.

This is something to be discussed with the OR at the interview rather than putting a letter together for court.
