I was made bankrupt on the 18th Sept 2009, discharged 12 months later i have a new partner and would like to get married will my bankruptcy affect this, will any of my creditors come after my new husband for my debts?

Hi and welcome.

Your debts were all written off when you declared bankruptcy no creditors will come after you or your new husband.
