Hi,

Is there any reason that you would not be eligible?

I'm not sure about the court fees but I wouldn't think that they would be refunded.

Buckle your seat belt Dorothy, 'cos Kansas is going bye bye.

Hi Hayley,

You will need to take advice before you declare bankruptcy, to make sure this is the best option for you and you don't qualify for a debt relief order. There are other issues too so I suggest you contact one of the experts on here or visit the CAB for advice.

Hi

I feel that if you are unsure then you should pause and seek advice - CAB is free and often useful. The experts here are excellent and will advise you.

In any event, you will need to seek advice and the DJ would ask you that in court

Good luck and DO NOT RUSH things. Housing
