hi,we are going bankrupt on wednesday and have been advised by the Cab not to included our mobile phone contracts on the financial statement but i think we should as they are an outgoing and show on our monthly bank statements

What is your opinions please

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Are you in arrears with your mobile company? If not you don't have to include them if you want to keep the contract. I didn't list my contract on my I & E and nothing was said and I still have the contract.

am just a bit worried that if i dont put it on and they see it on statements,they are gonna start asking questions as to why it wasnt on etc

Hi Choccie,
if you have any contracts like that, i.e. paying monthly by direct debit etc, and are not in arrears, then you don't need to show them as a creditor. Just list the expenditure on your I&E.

If you need help completing SOA's(statement of affairs) or PIQ's(preliminary information questionnaire) if you've been declared bankrupt, or anything else and you're within 30 miles or so of Warrington, then please contact me via my contact details in the expert page for futher details"

I havent listed them as a creditor as we are not in arrears but i will put it on as an expenditure.
