hi,going to court tomorrow to file for bankruptcy,just wondering how many copies of the forms do i need,i have the ones for the court and 1 copy for myself,do i need anymore

Hi

It is normally three, one for the court, one for you and one for the OR. But call the court and check in advance

Ive just rang and they said I just need the original forms.

You will be fine - if you even see the DJ, it will only be for 2/3 minutes and then you will wonder what all the worrying was about...

Hi Jane,
I'm due in court tomorrow too. I had ben quite calm about it before but this orning the nerves set in. Not only am I heading there on my own but its an area I'm not familiar with so I hope my satnav works and my car starts in the morning!
I have to be at work in the afternoon so I do hope that it doesn't drag on too long and make me late for work.
I too will keep you posted of progress.
