Hi Adam

As a self employed landlord who had to go BR (and reading your other thread.)

My tax liability was included in my bankruptcy

I took guidance and did not position myself for bankruptcy until all of my tenants had the opportunity to find alternate accomodation.

easier said than done.

my tenants had paid me the deposits and this had been held in a TDS (tenancy deposit scheme).

before digging the hole any deeper i would suggest contacting directly one of the experts

Richard
