Hi just sent off a new I&E form for ED,i have less than £20pmth DI,but im concerned that the OR may try to lower some of my expenditure to make me get an IPA,can they do this? Also ive heard the RTLU mentioned alot in other posts,and in some that involve ED ...what does it mean and could it affect me. Sorry for going on im just a terrible worrier and i hate not knowing!!! Thanks
