I am thinking of going bankrupt this week with approx 30k of debts. I am married and live with my husband and two children, the mortgage is in his name and he pays it and I am not on the deeds. I have made no contribution to the house, and we have never had a joint mortgage when i met him he had a mortgage so we choose to keep it that way. Please can you tell me whether or not this will affect my husband and the properts, the CAB have advised me it wont.

Good luck Angela.

Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.
