I have been advised by the insolvency helpline to complain about my insolvency practitioner due to his unprofessional conduct. Can anyone tell me if he can be taken off the case and have the case handed back to the OR?

Hi karen

you will probably find that the company have their own "problem solver" i think one of the senior partners.

I am aware of one case that was initially refered to the OR but they sent it straight back to the senior partner of the firm and told the senior partner to review the file.

might be good place to start

Richard
