hi iwas on your forum last year and at the time we had been discharged br we are now being repossed by the second charge secured loan even though we have never stopped paying the monthly amounts but not allways something off the arears any way we have deceided to hand back the house as we have found somewhere to rent what i would like to know how we go about it and do we just hand the keys in to a solictor
How do we hand back our house ?
