Hi all.

I became bankrupt on March 10th. The Examiner has indicated an IPA of £390/m is expected. My question is: would the IPA be expected to run for a full 36 months; are there any circumstances in which it wouldn't? Many thanks, I await your expertise.

Yes, the IPA will run for 36 months unless your circumstances change and you can no longer make the payments.

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.

Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 - it's over at last!
