Because of a violent attack at my last address, do i have to publish my present address?

No at court you can ask the judge to with hold your address.

not certain if special form required but prob best to speak to court bankruptcy clerk prior to the day

yes make sure you mention this on the day you go to court, even if you only see the clerk, if you dont then the OR will advertise automatically

Do you have a police record of the attack?
If so, take a crime number, date etc with you as evidence just in case, it will all help.

I agree - I think you will have to provide some sort of proof of the attack before they will leave the address off the insolvency register.
