i may nead to go bankrupt i have a wife who is a joint owner of our house and i have 2 children of 6 and 2 my 6 year old girl has special needs and is registered disabled i am allso registered disabled with ms would we have to sell our house even though it would seriously effect my little girl

Is there equity in the property? Can ou afford to keep paying the mortgage any secured loans on it after going BR?
