If I declare my self bankrupt what kind of debt will this affect?? are there some types of debt I will still have ot repay? such as court orders or fines? housing rent or previous electricity bills???

Hi Samantha and welcome to the forum.

You would still be liable for court fines and things such as student loans.

Other debts would be included.

Do you own your own house?
