Hi All,Me and my partner went Bankcrupt on 1st oct 2010.Mr Partner recieved a letter saying they were considering him for early discharge,he sent back the Income form filled in showing our joint income is very low im on SSP and he,s on Min wage. One of our creditors then told us they,d received a letter from OR saying that theyre doing early discharge as long as no one disagrees and they have to do that within 28 days.Since the bankcrupcy we still receive letters and phone calls chasing debts listed in BR from lloyds tsb so im assuming they will make things awkward and dispute an early discharge.Does anyone know if this normal for creditors to dipsute ED and will OR change their minds because of this.WE have been up front always with OR and have no hidden cash/income etc..Hope this all made sense im worried that we,ll not be discharged because the bank we were with are trying to make things as difficult as they can.thanks Steph.
