Hello.
I receieved my AD over a month ago now and still trying to buy back the interest in my negative equity property. Each time I enquire the Trustee says shes looking into it: the property was previously tenanted and will probally have to be rented out again in order to cover the mortgage payments. The neg equity is around 25k.I realise that as its not my main home, the process may be a little different to buy back interest...but how long does it take? Surely a month is a little long to even recieve an adequate response from them as to what I need to do?

Thanks

Has the trustee said you can buy it back? It's empty at the moment I take it?

Hi Nicole,
correct me if I'm wrong, but I take it you aren't living in the property, but you had it as an investment property, and that you live elsewhere?

Also, by trustee do you mean the OR?
