BR in dec 2010 and not yet discharged. Had an IPA for £60 for 36 months. Will they ever ask for more on top of this? do i have to declare change ofcircumstances after discharge?
Hubby BR since Nov 2011. We live in Middle East however we may have been success in securing a job back in the UK. If we move back, can they re apply to the court and reverse the BR.
