I was made bankrupt on 19/04/2010,does my bankruptcy finish today (18/04/2011?)I sold my second car to my step daughter last year can I have it back in my name?.
You should be discharged now - keep checking the register for your name to drop off. I suggest that you print off the page saying that you are discharged as you may well need it in the future and it is expensive to request a copy from the court.
Not sure about the car question, one of the experts can help with that.
