I still intend to trade as a sole trader when bankrupt. Obviously I need to keep my business line with BT and my Moblie phone contract, will I still be allowed to do this.
Hi debtrider - if you have a look at the forum named IPA (from home page) - one of the postings lists the allowances that can and can't be included. Both of your phones can be included - obviously the monthly figure needs to be reasonable but I suppose any excess you could pay for out of your disposable income if necessary.
as the phones are not personal but business related I would class these as business expenses and would effectively be deducted from your total earnings before your actual "take home" was shown on the forms
