Can anybody tell me how likely i am to be able to get a phone contract? I was declared bankrupt in Feb 2010 abd discharged in September 2010? |

Hi Amy, I hope you are well.
I think you might struggle as the BR will be on your file until 2016. I think T Mobile are ok with people in an IVA but not sure if they are ok with BR.

My friend got a contract with T Mobile, but she had been discharged nearly 4 years at the time.

Hi, If not get a Tesco mobile pay as you go- top up £20 a month and get £40 free credit. (tesco is the O2 network) |

well have heard back from the carphone warehouse. Have been offered a 24 month contrat through TalkMobile. Only catch is they want £100 deposit which you get back after a year if all bills are paid on time. So it is still poss to get one. There is hope yet .... |
