I hope someone can help me here please, I looked at my credit report on Equifax and I saw that my 2 CCJ'S were still showing on there, so I made contact with Equifax and they told me to get hold of the court in which I have done, court were not really helpful don't think the woman knew what I was on about, she told me to contact the O R so I did and they couldn't give me a clear answer either, so I spoke to Equifax again they told me to send them a copy of my discharge and put a dispute in, so I follwed there instructions, is this right?
I spoke with reliable collections on the same matter but this was not a CCJ they told me to send a copy of my discharge notice with a letter and they would clear it off my file within 10 days. All my credit cards are not showing on my credit file after my BR just my CCJ's.
I was made bankrupt in October 2009 and early discharge in May 2010, got copy of my discharge notice.
Really hope someone can help me and give me some advice.
