What types of benefit gives you the opportunity to have the reduced fees (if applicable)?

Dear Viki

Thank you very much for the information.

I would like to take the opportunity to ask something those we are now confused. I have asked and looked into website regarding the Fees, without a sincere or exact answer. The amounts we found, which started from £300.00 to £1,750.00. Could you or do you know what is the actual Fees for submitting Bankruptcy (individual and/or couple)? We also would like to know how much we have to pay (if any) for three years after the BK.

Please accept our apology if asking too many questions.

Kind regards, Hassan...

The bankruptcy court fee is £625 each, or £700 each from 1st June.

If you are talking about paying a company to assist you, then you would need to speak to a few companies and compare.

The Official Receiver is the only person who will be able to tell you what you will have to pay back by way of an income payment agreement.

hope this helps.

If you have any disposable income over £20 once your priority bills have been paid then you will get an income payment agreement for three years. Obviously the amount depends upon your income.

Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.
