I am on an interest only mortgage with my husband at present (we have no equaty in the property). As we are seperating, I am looking to come off the mortgage. if I declare bankruptcy will it effect the mortgage in my husbands name.

Not sure about this one - will the mortgage company take your name off the deeds?

I would speak to an expert about this.

If your husband can pay the mortgage by himself then there will be no problem taking your name off.
