No you are not being thick. The documentation which has to be filled in for the court can be very confusing.
This Section in the Statement of Affairs is predominantly all about your Income and Expenditure. It mentions that if you have more money coming in per month than going out, the Official Receiver can make asn Income Payments Order against you, once bankrupt, forcing you to pay any excess amount over to him for the benefit of your creditors.
However if you mean Section 6.10 - which I suspect you do - this refers to an Attachment of Earnings Order which one of your credeitors has obtained forcing your employer to pay an amount to the creditor out of your salary, before you receive it. You would certainly know if one was in force. It would show on your payslip if nothing else.
