Hi Jane,

If you claim certain benefits you can get a reduction of £175. Otherwise, it's a case of not paying any of your creditors and putting a little aside each week/month.

Welcome to the forum Jane.
Try looking online at some of the utility companies, ie water & electricity providers. They have a 'welfare' section and can provide some assistance with BR fees. They all vary but it's worth a try. Also if you are in a union it is worth contacting them as they too can sometimes assist.
