I had a house which a year ago has been repossessed by the bank. Would I still have to pay the caution that I had on the property apporx of £20,000 when I want to declare bankrupt? Please advise me what to do

Hiya Kamal

I think that we need to know why there is a caution or restriction on the house. These are usually placed on your property if the ownership is in question.

Kind regards
