My partner Is a member of the armed forces, if we were to marry before I declare bankruptcy would it affect his career ??

I wouldn't think your bankruptcy would affect him at all.

Hopefully one of the experts may be able to confirm this?

Hi Marcia

My husband is in the Armed Forces and we went bankrupt over 2 years ago now. This has not affected him in his career.
