Tesco Finance is completely useless as far as I'm concerned! I checked my credit file over the weekend and they are still defaulting me each month despite me sending them the details of my BR and subsequent discharge.
I don't know why I'm surprised though as when I was BR they phoned me and asked for payment and when I explained that I wasn't legally allowed to pay because I was BR they asked why and told me if I didn't pay my credit rating would be ruined! I wrote a polite letter to them explaining BR but needless to say I didn't get a reply!
I feel an argument coming on, but I really don't need it at the moment!
Hi Tracey, I think you should have the link for post bankruptcy credit file clean up, which has all the info you need to raise a complaint with the ICO, but it is very exact about what you have done to raise the issue with Tesco finance. Here's the link again anyway:
