how is the money that im paying back for my bankrupty worked out ?

Hi Kellie and welcome.

Any payments you make are worked out on all of your disposable income if you have more than £20 per month left after paying your priority bills.

do they ever stop the payments early?? and also when the three yrs is up is that it all over........

The IPA can stop at any time if your disposable income reduces.

It runs for 36 months.
