I was discharged July 2010, Just wondered if it'd be worth checking my credit history every year to see how many points i have etc until it's all dropped off after 6yrs ?.

I cleaned my history after discharge so it all shows 'satisfied'

I wouldn't bother to be honest - your BR will be on your file for the full six years. Check again nearer that date to make sure there are no defaults showing that shouldn't be there.

You are unlikely to be able to get credit at the moment.

Follow through
Make your dreams come true
Don't give up the fight
You will be alright
'Cause there's no one like you in the universe
