I dont have a job and refused benefits as my partner on visa...I owe around £7500 i have been on debt management...I cant pay my rent and behind with utilites and council tax....I want to go bankrupt cam i do this i have no income a clapped out car with no insurance or MOT....
Sorry to hear of your troubles. I think that you should be looking into a debt relief order. As long as you don't have more than £50 a month disposable income after your rent etc has been paid then you should qualify.
Give CAB a ring and ask them about it as they can help you sort it out.
