i am a full time mature student, will i still be able to borrow school fees etc from student loans if i am bankcrupt? also as i receive job seekers allowance proir to my return to stdy in sept, what is the bankruptcy fee?

Hi and welcome.

Not sure about the student loans bit.

The bankruptcy fee is currently £700 - certain benefits mean that you can have the court fee dropped but not sure if JSA is one of them.
