As I am a pensioner would I be made homeless if I become bankrupt? I am still paying a mortgage

Is there equity in the property? If so, then it's a possibility.

Hi Roy,

Your assets are at risk if you declare bankruptcy, but as RHB has asked, is there any equity?

I suggest you seek advice from an expert as to all your options.
