Hi we are due AD end of Nov (12weeks and counting), just wondered how close to AD is the latest we can expect to hear from OR if she wanted to assess IPA due. We dont have IPA at moment, nothing has changed since going BR, just curious, I feel sick everytime hear the postman just incase anything from OR, not sure why as nothing has changed so probably wouldnt get IPA, 12 weeks and counting, then hopefully will be able to relax a little and get on with rebuiling our life and credit ratings.
Many thanks |

Hi
I was A.D from my BR on 27th August 2011 without an IPA/IPO and I was feeling exactly the same as you for the last three months of my BR.
I had no contact from the OR at all other than a review of my circumstances at the 7month stage which is when I had to complete and return an IPOQ form. I heard nothing back from them to tell me either way if an IPA/IPO would be made against me. Nothing had changed in my circumstances if anything the cost of living ie Petrol and Food has probably increased since I originally declared myself BR so I took no news as good news.
I was going to phone the OR up to query the position of my BR but after reading previous posts on here I thought it best to keep my head down and avoid contacting the OR at all costs - this seemed to work for me anyway.
Good luck with everything and I hope it all works out for you.

technically they can contact you anytime up until the day of discharge.
unofficially they allow time for letters to be sent and acknowledged.
as carl says "keep your head down and in the last 2 weeks nail the letter box closed"
Good Luck Richard,

carl dont forget to print off copies of your discharge from the insolvency web site
it will only be visable for three months after discharge, then if you need a copy it will cost you money for a court copy.
most creditors have accepted the web site print off as notice of discharge
Good Luck Richard,
