I have many debts and after much deliberation the only way is personal bankruptcy. I have recently got a CCJ and i applied for redetermination as the amount they are suggesting is not affordable. I have been given a hearing date. if i apply for bankruptcy before this date will i need to attend court and would i still have to pay the CCJ or is this taken in within the bankruptcy?
Will CCJ be taken in within the bankruptcy ?
