Hi I went Bankrupt in July and I am just going through my income & expenditure with the trustee. I receive mileage allowance from my employer for business mileage this is quite high each month aprox £800.00 but it does vary. Can the trustee class this as income as its meant to be the cost of running my vehicle?

yes it is income, although you can also claim all the assosiated costs of the vehicle of course there is only really an issue for you if you are making a profit out of the allowance
