Hi
Is it normal practice that cases get passed around by the OR. As I have just been informed that another examiner now has my case. They are also asking me to complete statement to account. What is this?

Yes you will get passed from person to person , office to office and region to region.

| well it depends, there are many reasons why you may be passed to another person or office, ranging from simple admin, people leaving (there have been 500 redundancies this year), long term asset collection, dividend payments or if your case is undergoing further investigation (where you are passed to a more experienced examiner) |

I wouldn't worry about it too much. I dealt with several people whilst I was BR - the original examiner, a couple of members of staff as people left and then the RTLU.

Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side. |

Hi,
Not uncommon to deal with 5 or 6 people in the OR office during BR - they normally, (from my experience) manage the process for you and if you have any complaints, there is a process open to you.
However, just be open, honest and as necessary, assert yourself!
