hi iwas made bankrupt in nov 2010 still not heard from trutee about my home but he has put a charge on it . the value is approx 150 k the mortgage is 113k i jointly own the home with my wife and have a ten year old daughter after the valuation has been done can my wife make an offer on my half of the equity if so how much do yuo think would be acceptable
