hi i have recently got divorced and the divorce settlement was that my ex wife got the home. I am considering filing for bankruptcy could my children's home be protected from the creditors?

depends if the trustees believe that you have signed the property over to ex wife with intention of hiding asset from creditors.

would be worth talking to expert (tab to left)
