can you file bankruptcy after a repossion, this just happend today and thinking about going to file in the morning

If you have debts that you can't repay then you should seek advice as to the options available to you.

Bankruptcy may be an option and yes, you can file for bankruptcy after a repossession.

I suggest you contact an expert to chat everything through.
