can I apply for bankruptcy in the UK , I'm an Irish citizen, currently living in Ireland? regards, Des

If you live and work there then No you would need to declare bankruptcy there.

Have you ever lived in the UK, if not then the answer is no, they do have adequate bankruptcy laws in Ireland though
