Hi my husband is nearly at the end of his BR and will be AD in 5 days...im wondering what will be happening now ,is there still time for him to be contacted by the OR for a new I&E?? He has never been given an IPA and things have been really quiet thankfully, but i just have a few little worries that need answered if any of you's can 1.when he went BR he signed and returned 2 forms 1 was a disclosure?? form and the other was to do with a tax..i think. Does it mean because he signed them that he could get an IPA for the tax(we have it in his bank as no one ever contacted us and we were told off moonbeaver that they had no record of my husband!! Also if it is the case that he wont get an IPA for the tax during the Nil tax code what do we do with the money and who collects it?? Im a bit confused, i dont want to ring the OR as we are trying to keep our heads down til its over
Sorry for going on and on ...hope one of you's can help x |

Hi Donna,
5 days?! That's great news.
It's unlikely you will receive anything from the OR re an IPA now but I do suggest you call them about the tax as it will need to be paid out.

alas donna they do not put the flags out or trumpet fanfare
i stayed up and checked at midnight on the START of the day anniversary of my bankruptcy to make certain it ticked over to discharged.
dont forget to print off copies from BIS insolvency web site as it will only stay visable for three months after which it will cost you £60 per copy
Good Luck Richard,

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.
Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side. |

Congratulations from me as well Donna!
I wouldn't rush into the bonfire party though - you never know when you might need to refer to something! I got rid of some paperwork a couple of years later but I've still got a lot of it!
