I have recently been made bankrupt and know I will have to vacate the property and rent in the private sector.The only way I will be able to save up for the usual deposit and rental in advance is to stop paying the mortgage,is this option possible because all my disposable income is now accounted for.Also my ex wife had the majority of household appliances when we divorced and the fridge/freezer and washing machine are part of the fixtures and fittings so I will have to purchase new ones also.
Stop paying mortgage to save deposit for rent ?
