My husband (although we are currently separated) was been made bankrupt on 19th Oct by HMRC. He has an appointment with the official recievor on Tuesday.

He has no assets as the home is in my name and is has been since July 2005

The only possible asset is a car, that I traded my car in for and paid half the remainer off, can the recievor come after this?

This car is registered to him for insurance purposes, as I lost my licence not long after the deal had been done to buy it, but it had been intended for me to drive.

Please if you can help I would really appreciate it.
