hi, have two questions. 1, we are just about to enter into bankruptcy, my husbands employer is willing to help with costs part taken from leave to be paid out the balance in a loan about 700.00 do we declare this with our other creditors as this will be deducted from his salary or do we keep the forms back for a couple of months till this loan is paid back? 2nd i keep reading on the forum about nil tax as he is paye what does this actually mean. any help please getting very nervous about going to court but i know this has to be done.
