Hi I am trying to persuade a friend of mine to declare bankruptcy. He is in a lot of debt and struggling to pay off bills. if he declares bankruptcy will this be the end of his debts and be able to move on. is this the right way forward?
Hi Karen.123 & Welcome to the forum. I think the experts could do with a little more information such as, type of debts ie credit card, any loans, total debt, etc. There are some great experts on here who will help as much as they can. Well done for trying to help your friend, I'm sure that you will be a great support to him.
