I just had an asset sale agreement done up with a company and now that company want to claim bankruptcy before the sale is complete. What can I do?

No idea on this one I'm afraid. I would suggest that you either have a chat with a solicitor or go to the CAB for advice.

can you provide some more details please, for a start are you in the uk, is the company you are talking about limited, what are the details of the sale
