Hi i have recently been declared bankrupt and as luckwould have it i was involved in a car accident that has written off the vehicle. I know that i can't get finance for a newish car at this time but a friend has offered to get the car and i can pay it up - is this possible? I need a car for work and older cars arent very reliable. Thanks for your help
